Harriet Hawkins – Director
Harriet qualified as a Solicitor in 2001 and joined Alcocks Solicitors in 2005. Harriet is Head of our Conveyancing Department and has extensive experience in handling all aspects of residential conveyancing, building a loyal client base. Harriet deals with both freehold and leasehold property and advises all manner of clients from first time buyers to investors. She also deals with re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
Richard Todd – Director
Richard Todd is Head of our Family & Matrimonial department. He qualified as a Solicitor in 1996. Richard is committed to providing the best advice in family law, including divorce, finance and children matters.
Karen Gundel – Paralegal
Karen joined Alcocks Solicitors in 2009. She deals with Private Client work, including the preparation of Wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney (LPAs) and deputyship applications to the Court of Protection, where a relative has lost the capacity to manage their own affairs.
Lisa Cooper – Trainee Licenced Conveyancer
Lisa joined our Residential Property team in 2012. She is currently studying to become a Licensed Conveyancer and deals with all aspects of conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold transactions, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
Rebecca Woolley – Conveyancer
Rebecca joined our conveyancing team in January 2021. She deals with all aspects of conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold transactions, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. Rebecca is proving to be a valuable asset to the firm.
Charlotte Savage – Solicitor
Charlotte graduated from her Bachelor of Law degree in 2019 with honours and from her Masters of Law with a Distinction in 2021. Charlotte qualified as a solicitor in December 2021. Charlotte is currently working in our Family Department.
Maria Cipcer – Family Secretary
Maria has been with the firm since leaving school. She assists Richard in the Family Department, working part-time Monday – Wednesday.
Ryan Gundel – Trainee Paralegal
Ryan first joined us to complete his work experience whilst still at school. After completing a Level 2 apprenticeship which he passed with merit, Ryan has now started studying to become a paralegal.
Jo Llewelyn – Conveyancing Assistant
Jo deals with all aspects of conveyancing including freehold and leasehold transactions, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
